Commercial Property Lawyer

Based in North London, our client is a multipartner, modern and progressive law firm of great calibre, with a superb array of clients across many sectors.

They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from one year PQE upwards, from either a regional or London background, to support and work alongside an ex-city partner.

You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including, commercial acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of corporate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.

The team's clients include well-established property developers, pension funds, banks, SMEs, owner-managed businesses, as well as high-net-worth private clients.
