An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal, or someone with a strong legal support background within a commercial property environment, to join a well-established team with a strong and consistent pipeline of work.

Working closely with one or more fee earners, you will provide high-quality legal and administrative support across a varied commercial property caseload.


  • Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of commercial property matters
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and matters
  • Managing documentation and using a document management system
  • Drafting and amending correspondence and legal documentation
  • Communicating professionally with clients, third parties and colleagues
  • Assisting with client calls, emails and meetings
  • Carrying out administrative and file management duties
  • Assisting with post-completion matters and file closing
  • Working with client ledgers and supporting compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules
  • Supporting AML and client due diligence procedures
  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accurate data input


You will ideally have a Law Degree or relevant experience within a commercial property/real estate environment. xwzovoh

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Previous Commercial Property / Real Estate experience
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting solicitors or fee earners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients and third parties
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Knowledge of AML and client due diligence procedures
  • Knowledge of client accounts / Solicitors' Accounts Rules would be advantageous
