We are working with a well-established firm seeking a Commercial Property Assistant or Paralegal to join their team in Blandford Forum. This is a varied role with the opportunity to support on a wide range of commercial property matters and gain hands-on experience within a busy environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with the progression of commercial property transactions
• Drafting routine legal documents and correspondence
• Assisting with searches, enquiries, and general due diligence
• Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, and third parties
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Carrying out AML and KYC checks in line with procedures
• Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring deadlines and assisting through to completion
• Taking ownership of routine tasks and progressing matters where appropriate

About You

• At least 1 year’s experience in commercial property work essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
