Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be partnering with a well established Scottish law firm as they look to appoint a Senior Associate or Director to play a pivotal part in developing this practice group in line with succession planning. With an excellent reputation and strong client base, this represents a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm’s continued growth in the West of Scotland, joining at a senior level with genuine influence over the direction of the practice.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a high-performing national Real Estate team, you will:

Lead on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work

Act as a key contact for established clients

Play a pivotal role in business development and client engagement

Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members, contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice

About You

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Director who is driven, eager to be part of developing this practice group and who has ideally 7+ years’ PQE.
