Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid | East Midlands | Career Progression

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid working, with weekly presence in Grantham one day a week

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload across a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work. You’ll be involved in transactions from instruction through to completion, while also supporting colleagues and contributing to business development and client growth. You’ll have the autonomy to work independently, alongside the support of a collaborative team, all within an environment that encourages progression and long-term development.

About You

You are a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property, ideally with some exposure to residential conveyancing.
