Commercial Property Solicitor

I’m looking for a Senior Associate-level Real Estate Solicitor (or above) to join a team on an interim basis, starting next week.

The role will involve:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Property development
• Secured lending transactions
• Managing matters independently from instruction through to completion
• Supervising junior team members, including a junior solicitor and paralegal

What we’re looking for:

• Senior Associate level or above
• Strong commercial real estate experience
• Able to pick up matters quickly and work independently
• Comfortable supervising junior lawyers and support staff

Logistics:

• Start: Next week xwzovoh
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Working pattern: 4 days per week or full-time
• Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite
