We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
Home Decarbonisation - Were working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
This is a hybrid role based in our Bury St Edmunds office with a requirement for frequent travel to our offices in Sutton and Aylesbury.

AgilityEco is a leading provider of domestic energy efficiency and retrofit programmes, delivering warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient homes whilst supporting Great Britain's transition to Net Zero.
Working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Energy Suppliers and other public and private sector organisations, AgilityEco manages complex delivery programmes across Great Britain. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are investing in stronger commercial disciplines to improve profitability, strengthen commercial governance and support sustainable growth.
The Commercial Quantity Surveyor plays a critical role in protecting and optimising the commercial performance of AgilityEco's fully managed delivery programmes. Working closely with Delivery, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Group Procurement, Commercial and Business Development teams, the role is responsible for cost management, commercial reporting, Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), change control, variation recovery and ensuring robust commercial controls throughout programme delivery.
Acting as the commercial interface between Client Delivery, Installations and Finance, the role will reconcile client delivery plans against actual execution, monitor contractual and financial performance, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and ensure commercial decisions are underpinned by robust analysis and evidence.
A key aspect of the role is taking commercial ownership of AgilityEco's delivery cost base and creating a continuous feedback loop between programme delivery and future work winning. Through commercial insight, benchmarking and lessons learnt, the role will help ensure future bids, pricing strategies and delivery models become progressively stronger and more commercially robust.

What youll bring
Essential: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction, infrastructure, housing retrofit, utilities or similar programme-based environments
Strong working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract, with the ability to interpret contractual obligations, manage change control and administer commercial provisions through project delivery
Experience producing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and commercial reporting
Experience working with subcontractors, supplier commercial management and cost benchmarking
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Advanced Excel and commercial reporting skills
Ability to analyse complex commercial data and translate insight into practical business recommendations
Ability to influence operational, commercial and financial stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable: Membership of RICS (or working towards)
Experience within efficiency, retrofit, housing, or public sector programmes
Experience working alongside central procurement functions
Experience supporting strategic pricing, commercial modelling or bid reviews
