Commercial Refurbishment QS/Estimator Tendering & Costing

Streamline Search is expanding its commercial team to tackle a varied portfolio of refurbishment, fit-out and planned works across the region. The role combines estimating, tendering and commercial delivery for projects with local authorities, FM providers and commercial clients.

You will read drawings, review specifications, price BOQs, and manage tenders while collaborating closely with project managers, site teams and supply chain partners to ensure cost control and successful outcomes.
