In a Roadside Technician Patrol - Superflex role, youll be part of our most agile and responsive unit ready to support drivers when they need it most. Permanent / Full time role Shift and schedule for the Roadside Technician role 40 hours per week, averaged over the year. Rest and recovery 11 hours of rest between shifts and a minimum of two days off every fortnight. Shift hours may be reduced or withdrawn with a days notice, so its important that you can be adaptable. Shift times shifts may start early, finish late, or fall on any day of the week. Benefits for the for the Roadside Technician role Overtime 300 overtime hours per year equates to an extra £12,000 per annum. Bonus scheme. 23 days plus bank holidays (rising to 25 with service). Wellbeing support?Job Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician role Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs at the roadside, including battery replacements, wheel changes, and minor engine fixes. What youll need to a be considered for the Roadside Technician role Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent) Either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.
