Commercial Strategic Lead

EJ829 - Commercial Strategic Lead (FTC until 31st March 2027)  Location: Central London Salary: £730 per day   Overview:  First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Commercial Strategic Lead on behalf of one of our clients.  Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.   Duties and Responsibilities:  Provide strategic leadership across the project, merging value chain mapping outputs, industry insights and policy proposals into consistent commercial strategies to strengthen supply chain strength.   Manage and coordinate the development of commercial policies into clear strategies, ensuring they complement wider defence and security goals.   Build and maintain senior relationships across the industry to align efforts and gain support for proposals.   Deliver a strategic overview of programme delivery, helping translate complex analysis into clear decisions and actionable outcomes.  Skills and Qualifications:  Experience developing commercial strategies and policies from complex analytical evidence.  Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and areas of work.  Strong communication skills, including building relationships with senior industry and government partners.  Desirable:  Knowledge of defence supply chains, critical minerals or global economic security issues
