Commercial Vehicle Parts Specialist - £29,410-£30,000 + £3,000 Bonus OTE £33,000 - BICESTER
Full-time * Monday-Friday * 44 hours per week + Saturday rota

Technicians can't complete repairs without the right parts. Customers can't get back on the road without timely updates. You are the person who makes all of that happen.
You'll work across major brands including MAN Truck & Bus, Isuzu Trucks, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, with full manufacturer training provided to keep your skills sharp and your career moving forward.
This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, variety, and progression - not just a counter job.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing first-class support to technicians and retail customers
Ordering parts, sundries, and specialist components
Tracking orders and keeping technicians updated on progress
Handling customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone
Ensuring parts availability to keep repairs on schedule
Working within a proactive, supportive parts team
Maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy
You'll be the organised, reliable problem-solver the workshop depends on.
What You Need
Relevant qualification or proven technical experience
Strong understanding of vehicle components and commercial vehicle parts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Flexible approach to varied tasks
Solid awareness of health & safety requirements

Hours & Pay
Basic Salary: £29,410-£30,000
Bonus: £3,000 per year
OTE: Up to £33,000
Hours: 44 per week (averaged over 52 weeks)
Shifts: 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Break: 30 minutes unpaid
Saturday Rota: 1 in 3 (8am-12pm)
