Commercial Dishwasher Engineer / Warewash Engineer – Aberdeen / Inverness

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, reactive maintenance and breakdown of warewash equipment: Dishwashers, Glasswashers & Ice Machines
  • Fault finding on commercial warewash, dishwasher equipment throughout pubs, restaurants and hotels
  • Field based meeting clients – Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Relevant experience working on commercial kitchen appliances
  • Electrical or Plumbing experience would be advantageous
  • 18th Edition Electrics / NVQ or relevant electrical qualifications
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing would be advantageous
  • Full driver's licence

Package

  • Basic salary from £38,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
  • Standard working week: 40 hrs Mon - Fri
  • 12 Saturdays and 4 Sundays per calendar year based on a rota
  • Paid door to door
  • Yearly pay reviews
  • 33 days holiday, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Van & fuel card (vehicle can also be used for personal use)
  • Overtime rates (1.5 Saturdays / double time Sundays / bank holidays)

Onboarding Period Adjustment

New starters will not be required to work weekend shifts during their first two months. During this initial period, salary will be adjusted to reflect the reduced working requirement. From month three onwards, full salary will apply, and individuals will transition into the full weekend rota.
