Commissioning Engineer - Commercial

BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Bristol Contract: Initial 9 Months Rate: £52 All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description. - 55 Outside IR35 Key Responsibilities Commission Schneider Electric BMS systems on customer sites * Configure and commission controllers, field devices and BMS networks * Modify controller software using Function Block Editor * Configure BMS graphics and operator interfaces * Integrate third-party systems including HVAC, lighting and metering * Carry out testing, fault finding and system validation * Complete commissioning reports and documentation * Support project teams during installation and client handover Essential Requirements Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer * Experience commissioning Building Management Systems * Experience with Schneider Electric platforms (EcoStruxure, Sigma, Vista or Continuum) * Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building services * Experience with controllers, field devices and BMS networks * Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving xkybehq skills * Good communication skills and ability to work independently on site * Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience with BACnet, Modbus or other BMS communication protocols * BCIA, CIBSE or relevant BMS qualifications * Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare or data centre projects
