An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Manager for energy infrastructure projects, playing a key role in the commissioning and energisation of high-voltage electrical systems. The Role You will lead and manage commissioning activities across major transmission and substation installations, ensuring all systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, and execution plans. Lead commissioning activities across HV, EHV, and transmission systems. Manage pre-commissioning, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, and energisation activities. Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, operations, and client teams. Ensure commissioning programmes are delivered on schedule and in accordance with contractual requirements. Provide technical leadership throughout testing, system integration, and project handover.
