Community Care Workers
to join our friendly and professional team. You do not need years of experience in care
what matters most is kindness, empathy, dependability, and the desire to brighten someones day. What the role involves As a Community Care Worker, you will visit people in their own homes and support them with day-to-day living. This may include: personal care companionship meal preparation medication support helping with daily routines promoting independence and wellbeing Areas we cover Abermorddu, Caergwrle, Cefn-y-Bedd, Hope, Higher Kinnerton, Ffrith, Cymau, Llanfynydd, Treuddyn, Leeswood, Pontybodkin and Pontblyddyn.
