What You'll Be Doing As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes and within the community. We are looking for Night staff across the Swindon area Your responsibilities may include: * Providing compassionate personal care while promoting dignity, choice and independence * Supporting individuals with daily living activities * Assisting with medication administration (where trained and competent) * Supporting individuals with mobility, transfers and rehabilitation programmes * Delivering delegated clinical interventions (where trained), including PEG feeding, Epilepsy, Oxygen, Suctioning, Medication, * Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship * Supporting positive behaviour and person-centred care plans * Accurately recording care delivered using digital care systems * Working closely with families, Case Managers, Community Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team * Recognising changes in an individual's condition and escalating concerns appropriately. What We're Looking For We're looking for caring, reliable and professional Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's livesand being apart of something special from the start. You'll ideally have: * Experience working in health and social care (community, residential, nursing or complex care) * A caring, compassionate and person-centred approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team * A flexible approach to working a variety of day, night and weekend shifts * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to community-based work) * The right to work in the UK
