A leading specialist healthcare provider is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to support adults in their own homes across the Bodmin to Truro region, delivering personalised, evidence-based care while managing a realistic caseload.
What's on Offer? Salary up to £39,000 DOE Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage Monday to Friday working pattern No nights or regular weekends 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to buy more Paid NMC registration Company pension Mobile phone and tablet Comprehensive induction and ongoing clinical development Strong clinical leadership and governance support The Role
As a Community Nurse, you'll work independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing care to adults in their own homes.
You'll be responsible for: Completing holistic clinical assessments and developing personalised care plans Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment Monitoring patients and responding to changing clinical needs Supporting and educating patients, families and carers Working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high standards of clinical governance About You
To be considered, you'll need: Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN Experience in adult nursing within a hospital or community setting Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload Full UK driving licence Apply Now
