Community Paediatrician
to deliver high-quality ADHD assessments in a community setting near
Hereford . This flexible, sessional role offers
3-5 days per week
with an
October/November
start and a competitive day rate of
£1,500 per day . Key info: £1,500 per day 3-5 days per week October/November starter Flexible scheduling to suit your availability. Day-based sessions; typical clinic hours can be agreed with the service Key Responsibilities: Undertake comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and young people in line with
NICE NG87
and local pathways. Conduct diagnostic interviews, gather collateral information (school/home), and produce clear, actionable assessment reports. Liaise with families, schools, CAMHS and education partners to support care planning and onward referrals where needed. Maintain accurate clinical records and meet service KPIs for timeliness and quality. Requirements: GMC-registered
Consultant or Specialty Doctor in Community Paediatrics
(or equivalent) with recent, substantive ADHD assessment experience. Confident applying
NICE NG87
and local ADHD diagnostic/management pathways. Excellent communication skills with children, families and multi-agency partners. UK right to work, up-to-date DBS (or willing to undergo), and occupational health clearance. To
