- BeresponsiblefortheCouncilsPowerPlatformofferingensuringthatallinscopeservicesmeettheorganisationalneedsandareavailabletothebusinesswithinagreedSLAs.
- BeresponsibleforensuringthatPowerPlatformadherestoallInformationandCyberSecurityrequirements
- Beresponsibleforensuringimmediateshort-termfaults/requestsareresolvedandlonger-termtasksareplanned,scheduledanddeliveredinaccordancewithagreeddeadlinesthroughaContinuousServiceImprovementmechanism.
