to provide
1-to-1 care in a client's home . You will support individuals with
learning disabilities challenging behaviour and complex health needs , helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. Key Responsibilities Deliver
person-centred care
with dignity and respect Support
medication and clinical observations Assist with
nutrition and epilepsy
(training provided) Follow
individual care plans Maintain accurate
care records Work closely with
