About the Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting a
Healthcare Support Worker
to support a gentleman in his 30s with an
acquired brain injury and epilepsy
in his own home. This is a rewarding role for a
down-to-earth carer
with a good sense of humour, who can build a positive and relaxed rapport with the client while supporting him to live safely and independently. The client has a great personality and enjoys working with carers who are friendly, approachable, and confident.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day personal and practical support within the home Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement Supporting daily routines and activities Providing reassurance and monitoring due to epilepsy Building a positive, consistent, and respectful working relationship Shift Pattern
Week One - Thursday, Saturday & Sunday - 10:30 - 18:30 Week Two - Wednesday & Friday - 10:30-18:30
Pay & Benefits
£15.40 per hour with an increased pay rate for weekend working. Paid induction and ongoing clinical training Opportunity to work towards an
NVQ/Diploma Holiday pay and pension Blue Light Card

Driver essential Previous experience in a care or support role preferred Experience supporting individuals with
acquired brain injury and/or epilepsy
