As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, providing consistent and personalised support throughout the school day.

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support
• Support pupils with complex SEN, including ASD and communication difficulties
• Assist pupils with learning, social development, and independence
• Help implement individualised learning and support strategies
• Promote positive communication and engagement
• Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, therapists, and other professionals
