Compliance Assurance Specialist — Drive Fair Customer Outcomes

Monzo is seeking a Compliance Assurance professional to deliver assurance reviews across regulation, processes and controls. You will provide actionable feedback to strengthen the control environment and support fair customer outcomes.

You will help deliver the Compliance Assurance Plan, oversee first line activities, and produce reports and management information for stakeholders. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration within a regulated financial
