Compliance Investigator

The Compliance Investigator will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory adherence, investigating compliance incidents, and driving continuous improvement across operations. As a Compliance Investigator, the successful candidate will:

• Conduct thorough investigations into compliance incidents, discrepancies, and safety concerns using Root Cause Analysis methodologies
• Perform MEDA investigations and identify human factors and performance issues
• Ensure strict adherence to UK CAA/EASA Part 145, Part CAMO, Part 21 G, and company-specific MRO compliance standards
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop robust audit and inspection processes
• Support regulatory audits and coordinate responses to findings, ensuring timely non-conformance resolution
• Provide detailed investigation reports with recommendations to senior management and regulatory bodies
• Track and maintain corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
