The Role: Compliance InvestigatorAs a Compliance Investigator, the successful candidate will:
- Conduct thorough investigations into compliance incidents, discrepancies, and safety concerns using Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Perform MEDA investigations and identify human factors and performance issues
- Ensure strict adherence to UK CAA/EASA Part 145, Part CAMO, Part 21 G, and company-specific MRO compliance standards
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop robust audit and inspection processes
- Support regulatory audits and coordinate responses to findings, ensuring timely non-conformance resolution
- Provide detailed investigation reports with recommendations to senior management and regulatory bodies
- Track and maintain corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
