We are seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across a growing healthcare transport organisation delivering safe, high-quality, non-emergency patient transport services.

This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation operates in line with all relevant regulatory, statutory, and quality standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Health & Safety legislation. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you will lead compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence and patient safety.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and committed to promoting a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the business.

Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits across operational departments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support investigations into incidents and complaints, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions.
