Compliance Officer - Immigration

We are working with a global engineering firm based in Antrim for a Compliance Officer to join their team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a collaborative HR and Global Mobility team, they will play a key role in ensuring employees and the wider business remain compliant with relevant immigration requirements and internal policies.

The role involves managing visa, work permit and immigration applications from initial instruction through to completion, including preparing documentation, tracking applications and communicating with employees and external partners. The successful candidate will also maintain compliance records, conduct internal audits, support the development of policies and procedures, prepare compliance reports and ensure global mobility information is accurately maintained across internal systems.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in HR, Business or related field and/or CIPD Level 5;
• Previous compliance or similar experience preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organisation and attention to detail;
• Proactive with good problem-solving skills;
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills;
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
