Composite laminator, fitters or technicians - Contract

Composite Laminator / Composite Trimmer Fitter Join one of the world's most recognisable supercar manufacturers and Formula 1 teams, producing high-quality structural and non-structural composite components using pre-preg carbon fibre. Working from engineering drawings, you'll be responsible for manufacturing precision composite parts to the highest standards in a fast-paced motorsport environment. Location * Fontwell, West Sussex * Opportunities may also be available at the sister site in Bognor Regis Contract * Initial 6-month contract * Strong potential for extension Rates & Shifts * Days (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends): Up to £23.00 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella) * Nights (Monday evening-Friday morning): Up to £27.00 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella) * Weekend Days (Friday-Monday): Up to £27.00 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella) Benefits * Plenty of overtime available * Flexible working hours * Opportunity to work on industry-leading supercar and Formula 1 projects Requirements * Proven experience as a Composite Laminator or Composite Trimmer/Fitter * Previous experience within motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive/supercars is highly desirable * Experience manufacturing structural and non-structural composite components, including chassis, floors, brake ducts, and similar assemblies * Strong knowledge of pre-preg carbon fibre materials and composite manufacturing processes * Ability to work independently from engineering drawings * Own tools required * Full Right to Work in the UK is essential If you feel you are suitable apply now or contact Callum Withey at Shorterm Group for more information
