Location: WR11 8TS
Pay Rate:£15.00 - £25.50 per hour
Hours:Monday to Thursday - 7:00 16:00, Friday - 07:00-12:00 (flexibility required)
Overtime:Saturdays available atTime and a Half (£25.50 per hour)
About the Role
We are looking for experienced and reliableConcrete Castersto join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precast concrete panels used in the construction of secure prison walls.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to health and safety. You will be working as part of a team to manufacture reinforced concrete products to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Preparing moulds for concrete casting.
• Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete.
• Installing reinforcement and other components into moulds.
• Stripping moulds and safely removing finished concrete units.
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet specification.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.
