Concrete Casters - High Rates of pay

25.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday - 07:00-12:00 (flexibility required) Overtime: Saturdays available at Time and a Half (£25.50 per hour) About the Role We are looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Casters to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precast concrete panels used in the construction of secure prison walls. You will be working as part of a team to manufacture reinforced concrete products to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Preparing moulds for concrete casting. Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete. Stripping moulds and safely removing finished concrete units. Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet specification. Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets. What We're Looking For Experience working withconcreteor in a manufacturing/production environment. Knowledge ofconcretemixing, pouring, casting and finishing techniques. Experience preparing, assembling and stripping moulds/formwork. Good attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards. Manual handling capability and willingness to undertake physically demanding work. Experience using overhead cranes (with relevant certification). Forklift Truck (FLT) licence. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles. Basic IT skills for recording production or quality checks. What's on Offer Competitive pay of£15.00 - £25.50 Regular Monday to Friday working hours.
