This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills in construction delivery and health, safety, and environmental management. You’ll play a key part in overseeing large-scale works, managing teams, and ensuring effective planning on site. Responsibilities Lead and manage Construction Delivery Managers across allocated areas. Oversee all aspects of health, safety and environment during construction activities in line with the HPC Construction Phase Plan. Carry out and record safety and assurance inspections using the INSIGHT tool to support project KPIs. When nominated, act as Construction Delivery Manager for specific work areas. Ensure compliance with the HPC Drumbeat schedule for daily and weekly meetings.
