Construction Labourer

Construction Labourers - Full Time  |  Coleraine 

Key Details: 

• Location: Coleraine
• Duration: 17th September 2026 - End of November 2026
• Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 

Riada Resourcing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers for a new construction project in the Coleraine area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced labourers to join an established site team on a full-time basis, supporting a range of construction activities from project commencement through to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assisting tradespeople and site personnel with daily construction activities
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Supporting site set-up and general site operations
• Carrying out manual handling duties as required
• Assisting with site clearance and housekeeping tasks
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Undertaking general labouring duties as directed by site management

Criteria:

• Valid CSR Card
• Previous experience working on a construction site
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to carry out physically demanding duties
