Your Role as Construction Manager / Package Manager Will Include:

* Managing the delivery of the building envelope package, including cladding, façade, roofing and associated external works. * Working closely alongside Project Managers to ensure successful package coordination and project delivery. * Managing specialist subcontractors, driving programme and monitoring progress against key milestones. * Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and installation methodologies. * Leading quality inspections, snagging and handover activities.
