Construction Planner - Hospital Modular Build (M&E)

Location: Bournemouth – 3 days onsite per week

Contract: £450–£500/day Outside IR35

The Opportunity

We’re currently working with a major construction organisation delivering a hospital modular build project in Bournemouth, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join the team through to project completion.

The project is entering its final stages, including M&E fit-out, making this an exciting opportunity for a Planner with strong construction experience to play a key role in delivering the programme through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update the project programme using Primavera P6
• Work closely with the project and delivery teams to monitor progress
• Support programme reporting and identify potential delays or areas of concern
• Coordinate planning activities across construction and M&E works
• Contribute to programme reviews and ensure key milestones remain achievable
• Support the team through the final stages of construction and M&E fit-out

Key Requirements

• Proven Construction Planning experience
• Strong Primavera P6 skills
• Experience working with NEC contracts
• M&E experience preferred
• Modular construction experience desirable, but not essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in Bournemouth
