Construction Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key projects from start to finish for a company based in the storage sector. You'll oversee redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds, and mixed-use schemes — all delivered on time and on budget. Package * £40,000 base salary. £50,000 - £70,000 OTE with Project Completion Bonus. * Car mileage allowance. * Employee discount for friends and family. * Internal progression opportunities. * Free on-site parking. Candidate Specification You'll have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis. QS skills are a bonus. A RICS qualification is nice to have, but not essential — we care more about what you can deliver. * Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management. * Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings. * Experience leading projects from cradle to grave. Responsibilities * Lead projects from inception through completion, keeping everything on time and within budget. * Coordinate our internal team, suppliers, and contractors to make sure work runs smoothly. * Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs, with solid plans for stakeholders. * Manage resources and track progress across all projects. * Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost variations with solid verification techniques. * Report performance to management, flag issues early, and keep all parties in the loop. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and get hands-on experience across every aspect of self-storage development.
