ESD are recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven background in RC Frame projects to join a leading specialist contractor on a high-profile development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RC Frame works from start to completion.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors and project programmes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and the commercial team.
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering RC Frame projects.
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. xwzovoh
- Full UK Driving Licence.
