JOB REF: 215305034• Advise developers, property owners, contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.• Handle disputes involving litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination and insurance-related claims.• Advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, including drafting, negotiating and interpreting standard and bespoke agreements.• Manage your own caseload, taking responsibility for strategy, deadlines, budgets and client relationships.• Work on complex matters involving the Technology & Construction Court and expert technical evidence.• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development and strategic direction of the Construction team.• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction law.
