Thisrole will offer you as a junior qualified solicitorexposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.

What does the department do:

Adviseon a broad range of contentious construction matters:

• Adjudications
• Defects claims
• PFI/PPP disputes
• Final account claims
• High-value infrastructure disputes

Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.

What experience is needed:

• Qualified Solicitor circa1 years’ PQE upwards
• Experienceofconstruction disputes and advisory matters
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent organisation and client communication abilities
• Ambitious
• Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have anadaptable approach to hybrid working.
