Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality endoscopy services, supporting both NHS and private patients, and helping us continue to build an exceptional reputation for safe, patient-centred care.This is your chance to work in a centre of excellence where youll deliver diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services, including upper and lower GI endoscopy, in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused environment.This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), but we are also open to part-time arrangements (2030 hours per week over 23 days) to support flexible working.Youll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.Main duties of the jobAs our Consultant Gastroenterologist, you will:Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures, including upper and lower GI work.Conduct outpatient gastroenterology clinics, providing expert advice and continuity of care.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient pathways and clinical quality.Maintain compliance with JAG standards and participate in ongoing clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.Contribute to the training and development of colleagues and the wider endoscopy team.Participate in local and national endoscopy forums to help shape service delivery and excellence across the organisation.About usWere seeking a motivated and collaborative clinician who shares our commitment to quality, safety, and outstanding patient experience.
