Job Description: Job Description: Join Our Team: Contact Supervisor Location: Dartford Zero hour - but we are specifically looking for Sundays Contract: This is initially a temporary position for 6 months, with the potential to become permanent subject to business needs and performance. You must have one of the below qualifications NVQ Level 3 Heath and Social Care Social Work Early Years Care and Education BTEC Level 3 Heath and Social Care Children and young Peoples Workforce Apprenticeship Level 3 Childrens Care, Learning and Development CACHE Level 3 Children and Young Peoples workforce Specialist support for Teaching and Learning in schools Teaching Assisant Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Heath and Social care Degrees (BA, MSC) Chilhood and Youth Studies Social Work Social Care Social Studies Social Work and Welfare Studies Family Wellbeing Psychology Counselling Social Care and Criminology Social Welfare and Community Education Early Years Education Education and Professional Studies Working with Children and Families PGE Main Objectives: The supervisor will deliver high quality, child-focused and outcome-led interventions to children, young people and families on an as required basis. The role involves liaising with families to set up the service they require, supervising family time, providing direct family support, conducting welfare checks, delivering parenting interventions and working collaboratively with professionals to promote positive family relationships and safeguard children. The post holder will support families to improve parenting capacity, strengthen relationships and achieve sustainable outcomes. As Swan Family continues to grow and develop new services, the role may expand to include additional support services and innovative intervention programmes. Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a children or young peoplerelated qualification. Experience working directly with families in a support or intervention role.
