THE ROLE

The firm wishes to recruit a Solicitor to join the insolvency team dealing with mainly contentious and some non contentious insolvency matters.

THE CANDIDATE

With 3pqe+ you will ideally have a background in insolvency and of :

Handling all aspects of corporate insolvency including administration appointments (both in court and out of court appointments), all court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to IPs, secured lenders and directors.

Preparing business and asset sale and purchase agreements out of Administration.

Dealing with all aspects of property related transactions in insolvency.

All aspects of personal insolvency.

Dealing with insolvency related litigation (in conjunction with the contentious insolvency team if required).

Contributing towards marketing content for the firm's website and other social media channels

Assisting the Team Leader with supervising the team

You will ideally have excellent commercial and drafting skills, with proven experience in non-contentious insolvency and/or commercial fields. xwzovoh
