The Role

• An exciting opportunity for a NQ Solicitor or an experienced Solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE has arisen to join a growing and highly regarded contentious probate team in Norwich.
• You will be exposed to high:quality work and receive excellent mentoring from experienced Lawyers.

• Joining a specialist team, you will be managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and advising clients on disputes involving estates, wills, trusts as well as disputes between trustees, beneficiaries and executors.

The Candidate

• Applications are welcome from recently qualified Solicitors, those coming up to qualification or possess up to 3 years PQE in dealing with contentious probate related matters.
• The successful candidate will be driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in contentious probate and private wealth disputes.
• This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Solicitor who is keen to take ownership of their own matters.
• You will work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the team.
