THE ROLE:
- Providing a high standard of service to clients, this reputable national practice seeks a senior contentious probate specialist who can "hit the ground running."
- As the contentious probate partner, you will advise on disputes related to wills, trusts, and probate.
- Applicants should have a minimum of ten years PQE, with experience managing their own caseload and mentoring junior fee earners.
- You will handle a challenging but stimulating caseload, demonstrating excellent skills and a passion for developing a career in this area of law.
- Suitable candidates include ambitious Junior Partners or Heads of Department seeking to transfer their caseload and team.
- You should have the ability to develop relationships and undertake business development and networking to enhance the firm’s contentious probate offerings.
- Contentious probate partners are encouraged to be members of ACTAPS and/or STEPS.
- Applicants with a strong network of contacts and referrers are highly encouraged.
