About the vacancy:

Hedyn is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to join its newly established Continuous Improvement function. This role will help services work more effectively through evidence-led analysis, process improvement and sustainable change. We're looking for an established and experienced Continuous Improvement professional who can quickly build credibility across the organisation and make an immediate contribution to improvement activity.

You'll have experience using continuous improvement concepts and methodologies such as Systems Thinking and DMAIC, with an ability to evidence your use of data analysis and process mapping to understand end-to-end services, identify root causes and uncover opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes. You'll be skilled at facilitating workshops, conducting service reviews, producing clear recommendations and supporting the delivery of measurable, sustainable improvements.
