Youwill need to be based within the South East of England and able to travel around this region. This is a great opportunityfor a building surveyor, technical officer,

buildinginspector orcandidateswith a trade background.? As a Contract?Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ourresponsiverepairsservice.,Developingmutually beneficial and professional relationships with contractors, and ensuring that customers are provided with excellent quality works both in relation to repairs and customer service. Your day-to-day?responsibilities will include overseeingbuilding works via our contractor framework, managing the lifecycle fromstart to finishTasks will include

,

butarenot limited to reviewingand approvingschedules of work, requesting quotesandapproving variation requestsfrom contractors, arranging pre-start meetings, providing solutions to on-site issues,andundertakingwork in progress andpost inspections. You will alsomanagecompliance with CDM regulations, Health and Safety, performance,customerserviceand ensuring contractors meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.? You'llalsoprovide?valuable technical guidance on building refurbishments and maintenance contracts, actively contributingto meetingsand offering recommendations for improvement asrequired. Essential?Criteria? Valid driving licence. Technical building, tradeor surveying relatedqualification Experience supervising and monitoring works to domesticproperties. Proven?ability to manage contractors and ensurehigh - qualityservice delivery. Experience managing contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, compliance and budgets. Experience managing works programmes and working within CDM Regulations (2015).
