Contract Manager (Commercial) £65 to £75,000 + 10% Bonus England - Hybrid (Coventry, Telford, Warrington or Hatfield) Role Overview An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join a global engineering organisation supporting the commercial delivery of long-term service and maintenance contracts across the UK & Ireland. You'll manage a portfolio of live contracts, providing both pre- and post-contract commercial support while working closely with Operations, Finance and Project teams to maximise commercial performance and minimise contractual risk. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of approximately 10 live service and maintenance contracts. Provide both pre-contract and post-contract commercial support. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements. Manage contract variations, claims, risk and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Support Project Managers and operational teams with commercial decision making. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers across the UK & Ireland. Ensure commercial governance is maintained across all service agreements. Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and contract profitability.
