The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site technical facilities management contract across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an M&E-focused FM professional who enjoys working across multiple sites and is confident managing clients, technical teams and specialist suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of a multi-site technical FM contract across London.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Oversee M&E maintenance, statutory compliance and technical service delivery.
• Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Lead and manage subcontractors and specialist engineering providers.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards are maintained.
• Manage contract budgets, expenditure, procurement and financial performance.
