ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Contract Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias

to join a busy food manufacturing site in the

DE55 area . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance engineer looking for a long-term contract, with the potential for an extension beyond the initial end-of-year period. The Role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the production facility Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Minimise machinery downtime and ensure equipment is operating efficiently Complete preventative maintenance and fault-finding activities Work closely with the production team to maintain smooth and efficient operations Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and to a high standard The Ideal Candidate: Time-served or suitably qualified Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing Comfortable working permanent night shifts Able to start at short notice Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices What's on Offer: Up to

£40 per hour Contract initially running until the
