We are currently recruiting Prison Security Escorts (also known as Contractor Escorts) to join the team at HMP The Mount. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a secure environment, with potential pathways to permanent roles.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Prison Security Escort, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security while external contractors carry out work within the prison. Your duties will include:

• - Meeting and signing in contractors at the main gate
• - Conducting tool checks before and after work is completed
• - Escorting contractors to and from work areas and during breaks
• - Supervising contractors during their tasks
• - Ensuring strict adherence to prison security protocols
• - Supporting other operational tasks as required
