This is a great opportunity to join a leading nationwide Mechanical and Electrical building services for the industrial and commercial industries. They design, manufacture, install and maintain building services and after continued growth and new contracts, they are looking for a Contract Manager to lead these new projects. You will be assigned 1 or 2 contracts and be responsible for managing the project lifecycle through to completion. This includes managing the financial aspect of the contract, working closely with other departments (Design, QS, Procurement), managing contractors and being to point of contact for clients. This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the Building Services looking join a company with a steady pipeline of projects offering fantastic progression.
