Where will you be working? Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and optimizing operational processes.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams to achieve organisational goals.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.

Supervise operational teams and manage resource allocation.

Monitor and report on contract performance and operational metrics.

Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and operations.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all contracts and related documentation.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with contract terms and evaluate performance against contractual obligations.

Process Optimisation: Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organisational goals.

Problem Solving: Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions to avoid disruptions.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a productive work environment.

What youll bring Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years of experience in contract management and operations.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
